Directed the movie “special exhibition YUKAWA Masaki 2011-2022”
The exhibition at the TANABE CITY MUSEUM of ART in Wakayama Prefecture brings together works from the last decade by contemporary artist Masaki Yukawa. After 20 years as an artist in Germany, Yukawa returned to Japan in 2010 and has since been based in Wakayama and Osaka. In this interview, he talks about the changes in his style from his time in Germany to the present.

和歌山県の田辺市立美術館にて現代美術家・湯川雅紀の最近十年の作品を一同に集めた特別展「湯川雅紀 2011-2022」が開催されました。湯川は20年に及ぶドイツでの作家活動を経て、2010年に帰国、その後は和歌山や大阪を拠点として制作活動を続けています。今回は、この展覧会の様子を映像に収めることができました。インタビューではドイツ時代から現在にかけての作風の変遷について語ってくれました。どうぞご覧になってみてください。
